Grove vets in Randalstown provide a very caring and informative approach and Mark in particular is excellent in the care and dedication he shows towards pets. Colette the receptionist/vet assistant is particularly helpful and accomodating, and has alot of knowledge and sound advice.

My cat took ill overnight and had a very high temperature. I took him to the surgery for 9am opening without an appointment and was seen immediately. Within 15 minutes he had been fully assessed and treated, with excellent follow-up advice and medication. Both vet and receptionist, as always, were wonderful and took so much stress away from me by their quick actions and understanding. Thoroughly recommend Grove Vets in Randalstown and the Medivet practice in Ballymena. So grateful for the excellent care, thank you to all.

Vet was really good with our very nervous cat Bibs and assessed his condition while keeping him very comfortable and calm throughout the examination.

We had to get our dearly beloved pet of 14years put down at Easter. Ashes had been sent to randalstown vets, no contact from reception staff at randalstown. When i arrived to collect Ashes after being left there for near a week the receptionist was so rude. When asked why no one had contacted us in regards to ashes being back her reply was we where to busy and take it up with Ballymena. No compassion or manners what so ever. This review doesn’t go for the whole vet service but on a sad day collecting our much loved pets ashes to be spoke to in that way has really hurt me and made the day worse than it already was. As for the service in Ballymena I want to thank yous.
