Always a smile from the receptionist when I walk through the door. The vets know what questions to ask me, give good advice and make sure that all aspects of treatment for illnesses and conditions present are covered before I leave. They even deal with the paperwork for my pet insurance claims. Excellent service from start to finish.

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my beloved Cocker Spaniel (Jinx) last Saturday, but she was treated with dignity and respect. Although one of the toughest things I've ever had to do, the folks at Glenburn were amazing. Even pushed my appointment forward as they obviously heard the concern in my voice. Went with my son to collect a young cat to rehome. The service was superb. The cat looked great, having been previously neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We were given medical records and papers. No charges. The cat settled well and is an ideal companion for my son who was recently bereaved
